DEATH BEGETS REBIRTH

Donations

This is our ultimate goal- to not only bring healing and education through our work to others and to learn and heal ourselves, but to give in gratitude and support- to our land, its creatures, BIPOC, LGBTQIA, and all in need.

At the beginning of this site's launch, we will be in the process of moving out of our skoolie and into an old forestry office to securely set up shop and home off the Wolf River. Because of this, donation proceeds will start promptly on September 13th, 2021 and continue on indefinitely for every collection thereafter as a permanent, monthly practice of Feral Conjurings.

DONATION LIST:

  • Menominee Nation NOBACK 40 MINE Fund- The Menominee sacred place of origin exists at the mouth of the river, and they have continued to live in this place for thousands of years- resulting in numerous sacred sites and burial mounds up and down the Menominee River... including the area of the purposed Back Forty Mine. This project is a proposed open pit mine that would utilize extraction of gold, zinc, copper, and silver. These extraction processes include the use of cyanide, which would cause detrimental impacts to our water, enviroment, wildlife, and cultural properties. The proposed excavation pit would sit only 150 feet from the banks of the Menominee River.
  • Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary- a 600 acre municipal wildlife refuge. It is the second largest wildlife rehabilitation program in WI, making home to the over 6,000 orphaned, injured, and ill wild animals brought in each year- including grey wolves, golden eagles, hawks, snow owls, and many endangered/ protected species. They rely on donations for specialized formulas and food, secure and safe habitat homes, medicine, different caging for healing and development, and more to help them heal and return to the wild. All native-bird molted feathers are given to the Onieda Tribe.
  • NAACP- the largest and most influential civil rights organization in the nation. They work towards advancing political, educational, social, and economic equality. Their mission is to ensure a society in which all individuals have equal rights- without racial hatred or discrimination.
  • ACLU- founded in 1920, as our nation's guardian of liberty. The ACLU works in courts, legislatures and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to all people by the Constitution and Laws of the U.S.
